Live Well ADHD

Live Well ADHD

You're a high achiever who happens to have ADHD, so you know what it's like to work hard. You've been hustling for years to make sure your ADHD didn't sabotage your career, your relationships, or your life. Chances are you've managed to squeak by, or maybe even excel. But at what cost?

And here's the bigger question… can you keep doing it?

As a high achiever with ADHD, your brain is hard-wired to function in a certain way.

This complicates your Executive Functioning and makes activities that are crucial to high achievers, like managing your time, finding motivation, paying attention to details, stopping and starting tasks, and decision-making, harder for you than they are for people without ADHD.

Here's something important to realize…

Even though you've developed some pretty successful strategies to get you where you are today, they likely aren't sustainable anymore, and they won't get you to where you want to be. But how can you give up the chaos without giving up your goals?

What if you could find the secret to unlock your ADHD brain…

The idea of a high achiever with ADHD feels like a contradiction, so much so that I've written in-depth about the mysterious paradox of being a high achiever with ADHD. But the notion that people with ADHD can't be high achievers
is a complete myth.

You may not believe it, but you are not alone in this struggle. Hundreds of thousands of high achievers have ADHD, and most of them are very quiet about it, struggling alone in secrecy, often good at hiding their struggle. But I know from years of working with people just like you that they are out there in huge numbers. In my ADHD coaching programs, you are among friends. And you don't have to hide here.

Do any of these scenarios describe you?

You've learned how to be successful despite feeling like you're barely hanging on…

Other people think you have it all together, but you really live in a state of chaos on the inside…

You spend way too much energy worrying about what task you're forgetting or what ball you're dropping…

You're constantly worried someone is going to figure you out and expose your "secret"…

What if you didn't have to live with fear and overwhelm anymore?

What if you didn't have to live with fear and overwhelm anymore?

When high achievers begin Live Well ADHD, they often feel like life is spinning out of control. Some are excelling in their career, and some are on the verge of breaking down. All are exhausted and just can't do it anymore.

Live Well ADHD helps them begin to turn their life around. After they complete the program, they start saying things like…

"My days are more productive, I am managing my time better, and even working shorter days!" – Anonymous

"I am equipped with enough knowledge, as well as an arsenal of techniques, to confront the ADHD obstacles that I will inevitably encounter. I feel comfortable identifying those obstacles now and combatting them with the appropriate techniques!" – Robin

"I feel like aha! Finally, people who get me and have the same issues! And the content about how we can manage symptoms has been exceptionally helpful. Also, Casey's a fantastic guide with lots of helpful suggestions and solutions!" – Mandy

"Live Well ADHD helped me be more compassionate towards myself and provided a great balance of education/information and real-life examples. Casey is a wonderful coach with an engaging manner and a wealth of knowledge." –  Paula

Participants of Live Well ADHD also begin to tap into some of the unique gifts that ADHD offers... things like creative problem-solving, ingenuity and resourcefulness, and high-level visionary ways of thinking about their work.

I know that Live Well ADHD offered them the know-how to optimize their brain functioning and get control of their ADHD, and I want every high achiever to experience that turnaround, too! That's why I created this program for you.

Have you ever considered what life would be like if your ADHD weren't in control? What it would feel like to build structure into your day and actually be able to follow it? How much you could accomplish if you could boost your productivity without increasing your work hours?

Let me introduce you to

Live Well ADHD

Live Well ADHD

A 6-module eCourse to help high achievers move their ADHD out of the driver's seat and take control of their life.

Live Well ADHD isn't your typical ADHD program. It was specifically designed for high achievers like you to teach you small changes that will lead to BIG differences at work and at home.

This self-guided eCourse will help you develop skills and habits to optimize your brain function, maximize your talents, motivate yourself to succeed, and identify the specific action steps that work best for you.

Live Well ADHD will help you learn valuable skills like how to:

• Work with your ADHD, not against it
• Build habits to optimize your Executive Functioning skills
• Discern between real ADHD challenges and the myths about ADHD
• Create systems and processes to get shit done… and actually use them
• Develop helpful tactics to get organized and stay on top of your to-do list

Like all of my ADHD programs, the insights and tools you'll develop in this course aren't just for your current life struggles. Everything you learn in this course can be carried forward to benefit your future self. And this course is just the starting point for the new strategies and techniques you can learn to help you get your ADHD out of the driver's seat and (re)gain control over your life.
